Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  In order to receive a replacement, the damaged or defective item must be photographed and submitted to henrysgorgeousgems@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt.  If the same item is in stock, it will be replaced.  If not, it will be substituted with an item of equal value.
